Our office is open for pickups and for appointments with only certain preparers. Your preparer may or may not be taking appointments at this time, and we appreciate your understanding as we approach the upcoming tax season.
For appointments or pickups in office, the following guidelines will apply (and are not limited to):
1) We require you to wear a mask for the duration of your visit and while you are in all common areas of the building
2) Scheduling is limited to the tax payer(s) listed on the return or tax payer and guest with the purpose of assisting in the preparation or completion of a return
3) Maintain social distancing
4) You may be asked to review your return in your car, at home, or electronically in order to reduce the volume of people in our small space at any given time
I am a current client, can I still send my stuff in? Yes; we are still taking returns and additional information for existing clients - please use our Portal, Mail, or Drop Box
I am a New Client, are you taking new business? Yes; we are still taking New Clients, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to be onboarded
How do I use the Portal? If you have an account but do not remember the password, there is a password reset button on the login page. If you do not remember your username, please call 651-464-7941 or email email@example.com for assistance. If you do not have an account, you can use the Guest Exchange located on the right side of the login page
Where is your Drop Box? It is located outside the East (lake) side of our building. The easiest way to find it is to walk all the way up to the double door entrance marked Park Place without going in, and look to your back left- it is mounted on the back of a brick pillar (difficult to view from the parking lot) and it DOES have our name on it.
Monday and Wednesday: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
